I cannot say enough amazing things about Buffalo Cleaning Services. What they did for my family home was nothing short of transformational. This house was inherited from a family member who had been very ill and, sadly, the property had gone untended for over five years. It was truly in ruins, overwhelming clutter, deep stains, neglected rooms, and a pantry that felt impossible to even step into. Yet underneath all of that, the house was structurally beautiful and filled with memories. I just didn’t know where to begin. From the very first conversation, Alex immediately put me at ease. He was extremely friendly, very compassionate, and understanding. He never once made me feel embarrassed or overwhelmed by the condition of the home. Instead, he approached everything with reassurance, professionalism, and genuine kindness, especially during moments when the project felt emotionally and physically difficult for me. What Alex and his team accomplished feels like they truly reincarnated my childhood home. They didn’t just “clean”; they restored life to it. Every nook and cranny was addressed. Stains I thought were permanent disappeared. Furniture I was certain would need to be thrown away was somehow revived and looked beautiful again. Tables, surfaces, floors...everything was brought back to life in a way I genuinely did not think was possible. The pantry alone was a miracle. It had been in complete disarray and honestly felt beyond saving. I was so overwhelmed I avoided even opening the door. They literally stepped in without hesitation and transformed it into a spotless, organized space that looks better than I can ever remember it being! There aren’t enough words to describe how grateful I am. I know cleaning can sometimes be seen as “just a service,” but what Buffalo Cleaning Services did went far beyond that. They brought back memories, comfort, and a sense of home that I thought was lost forever. Their work was meticulous, respectful, and truly heartfelt. I am incredibly grateful that I reached out to them, and I will absolutely be using them again for any future projects. I recommend them 100% without hesitation.
